Fresh foods are also just more nutritious!  Our baby foods retain most of their original vitamins, as they are not processed or heat-treated in any way.  All commercial baby foods, even the organic ones, heat treat their foods, which means that many natural nutrients are lost in the process, particularly vitamins B & C.  Although this process allows for a two-year shelf life, fresh tastes, natural textures and flavorful aromas are lost.  Our baby foods are perishable and that's a good thing!    Bohemian Baby™ foods will always be at the peak of taste and nutrition, and that's a guarantee that will never expire!
